Nelson has been growing in thirst to do business with his Creator God since he was a youth. Songs have only recently become a language in which he has been able to present his heart more fully. In this, the lyrics are ones of a soul being gripped with the reality of being cleansed in real time by the LORD, who is looking for gold tried in the fire, in response to the murder-gift outside the walls of Jerusalem. As a father of nine, he longs for his family to taste and experience all that God may have for them in a moment-by-moment relationship of the deepest and most tender kind.
